Coats that require significantly more time (heavy matting, intense de-shed, complex styling) may require extra time and cost. We’ll always aim to be transparent and focus on what’s best for your pet’s comfort.

We don't keep a deposit, we securely keep a card on file in case of no show which we try not to charge most of the cases as long as you provide us with reasonable notice. We do operate with a 50% fee charge for No Show or late cancellations within less than 24 hours.
