What should I bring to my appointment?
Usually just your pet and any key info we should know. Helpful extras:
• Your pet’s favourite small treat (if required), we have natural and healthy treats which we would use with your permissions.
• Notes on triggers/sensitivities/allergies.
• Any medical instructions we need to follow.
Can I stay with my pet during the grooming service at Spa Time?
Unfortunately, no. For insurance reasons and to ensure the safety of your pet and our staff, customers are not permitted to remain with their pets during grooming sessions. Having you present can agitate your pet and create an uncomfortable environment, which may affect the quality and safety of the service. We strive to provide a calm and secure atmosphere for all pets, so we kindly ask that you drop off your pet and allow our trained professionals to manage their care during the appointment.
Is there parking near your salons?
Parking varies by location (Horley, Sutton, Reigate, Dorking).
- Horley has 1 hour free parking on Yattendon Road and Horley High Street Car Park right across the shop.
- Sutton has 2 hours free parking on the Station Road.
- Reigate High Street offers 30 minutes free parking and various paid parking locations around Reigate.
- Dorking offers Wathen Road Paid Car Park (Behind the shop) with limited 30 minutes free parking.
