Yes, please tell us about any health concerns, recent surgery, skin issues, allergies, medication, fleas or infections before the appointment. For puppies, we usually recommend waiting until they are comfortably vaccinated before a full groom. If you’re unsure, send us a message and we’ll guide you.

It depends on your pet’s breed, coat condition and the service booked. A full groom often takes a few hours, while smaller services may be quicker. We’ll always give you a clearer idea on the day, and we’ll let you know when your pet is ready to collect.
