What’s included in a Top To Tail Style & Fluff (Full groom)?
Full grooming experience including: Twice! Natural warm baths, conditioner, fluff'n'brush, nail trim, ear cleaning, professional coat styling tailored to your dog’s breed or personality, and our signature finishing touches (perfume & leave-in conditioner).
How long does a groom take?
Time varies by size, coat condition, coat type, and temperament. As a guide:
• Small dogs with well-maintained coats: often quicker (1 to 2 hours).
• Large dogs, thick coats, de-shedding, or matted coats: typically longer (2 to 3 hours).
• We’ll always prioritise welfare and comfort over rushing.
• Sometimes we are required to split a groom if your pet is too stressed. If this happens we'll only charge half and invite you to come in a few days to finish the service.
• You will be given an estimate time by your groomer when you drop off your pet.
• You will always get a message 10 - 15 minutes before your pet is ready to allow you enough time to collect.
How often should my dog be groomed?
Most dogs benefit from grooming every 4–8 weeks, depending on coat type:
• Curly/wool coats (e.g., doodles, poodles): often 4–6 weeks
• Double coats (e.g., spaniels, shepherd types): regular brushing + seasonal de-shed.
• Short coats: less frequent haircuts, but still benefit from bath/brush/nails every few weeks.
We will always give you recommended grooming frequency aligned with the breed/coat type and lifestyle after your visit.
