Time varies by size, coat condition, coat type, and temperament. As a guide: • Small dogs with well-maintained coats: often quicker (1 to 2 hours). • Large dogs, thick coats, de-shedding, or matted coats: typically longer (2 to 3 hours). • We’ll always prioritise welfare and comfort over rushing. • Sometimes we are required to split a groom if your pet is too stressed. If this happens we'll only charge half and invite you to come in a few days to finish the service. • You will be given an estimate time by your groomer when you drop off your pet. • You will always get a message 10 - 15 minutes before your pet is ready to allow you enough time to collect.
